Step 5, after the approval of the Provident Fund Center, the bank will call the applicant to go to the bank to go through the loan procedures and sign the loan contract or agreement, and then the bank will send the loan contract or agreement to the Provident Fund Center for review again;
step 6, after the review by the provident fund center, the provident fund center and the entrusted bank sign an entrusted loan agreement;
Step 7, the entrusted bank shall, according to the entrusted loan agreement, handle the loan procedures and transfer the loan after the applicant signs the Mortgage Contract for Housing Provident Fund Entrusted Loan, the Pledge Contract for Housing Provident Fund Entrusted Loan and the Guarantee Contract for Housing Provident Fund Entrusted Loan respectively;
Step 8: Go through the mortgage guarantee procedures, and generally a guarantee company will do it for you.
