The Special Police College of the Chinese People's Armed Police Force, located in Changping District, Beijing, is an institution of higher learning specializing in training anti-terrorism special operations and reconnaissance intelligence personnel. It is a key construction institution supported by the National Natural Science Foundation under the general conditions of "2 1 10 Project".

The college was formerly known as the Anti-Hijacking Special Police Team of the Ministry of Public Security, which was established in July 1982. In April 1983, it was renamed the Special Police Brigade of the Chinese People's Armed Police Force. 1985, adapted into the special police school of the armed police force, and implemented the system of combining schools with teams; In May 2000, it was renamed Special Police College of Chinese People's Armed Police Force;

By June 2023, the College had participated in many international military competitions such as the World Military Police Sniper Shooting Championship, the "Warrior" International Special Forces Competition and the International Police Pentathlon, and won 46 championships and 38 runner-ups.

By March 2022, the College had carried out military exchanges with France, Israel, Italy and more than 50 countries and regions, and strengthened international exchanges in the field of counter-terrorism by hosting the "Great Wall" anti-terrorism international forum of the Armed Police Force and participating in the "frontier" international sniper shooting competition.

Participate in international special warfare technical and tactical competitions, invite foreign military (police) instructors to teach and train in China, and learn from the anti-terrorism experience of countries around the world.
