Housing provident funds cannot be used to pay maintenance funds and deed taxes, and are not eligible for withdrawal of provident funds.
Employees who meet any of the following circumstances may apply to withdraw housing provident funds.
If you purchase a self-occupied house, you must provide a purchase contract, agreement or other certificates; if you purchase a self-occupied house, you must provide approval documents or other supporting documents from the construction, land and other administrative departments; if you renovate or overhaul a self-occupied house, you must provide the planning administrative department
Approval documents or other certification documents from the department; if you retire, provide a retirement certificate; if you completely lose your ability to work and terminate the labor relationship with the unit, provide a certificate of complete loss of working ability and a certificate of termination of the labor relationship; after terminating the labor relationship with the unit, you must not re-enter the labor relationship.
If you have been employed for five years, you must provide a certificate of non-employment; if you leave the country to settle down, you must provide a certificate of settlement abroad; if your registered permanent residence has moved out of the administrative area of ??the province, you must provide a migration certificate; if you repay the principal and interest of a house purchase loan, you must provide a house purchase loan contract; if you pay rent, you must provide salary income
Certificate and housing rental contract; migrant workers who terminate their labor relationship with their unit must provide proof of household registration and proof of termination of labor relationship; other circumstances stipulated by the Housing Provident Fund Management Center for withdrawal.
