1. according to the length of service, how many grades does the pension have?
At present, it is generally believed that there are six grades of retirement years, 15 years, 20 years, 25 years, 30 years and more than 35 years. But in fact, there is no real policy to divide specific grades. Some places have a five-year grade calculation method, and some places calculate it every year. At present, the calculation of pension amount in China is linked to three factors:
1, years of social insurance fund payment (commonly known as "length of service"). The longer you pay the social insurance fund, the higher the pension amount. Some provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government divide the length of service into six grades: 15, 20 years, 25 years, 30 years, 35 years and more than 35 years. The higher the grade, the higher the pension amount. In some places, regardless of grades, one year's service is counted as one year, and the longest service is 44 years (according to 16 years old, retirement at 60 years old).
2. Personal account balance of endowment insurance (referred to as "personal account balance"), the higher the personal account balance, the higher the pension amount.
3. The level of local social and economic development in the last year of retirement (referred to as "regional differences"), the higher the level of local social and economic development, the higher the pension amount. For those who retire from the north, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, the amount of pension is definitely much higher than that of those who retire from poverty-stricken areas. In addition, in some places, the staff of the social insurance fund management center of the People's Social Security Bureau also follow the principle of "dividing into yuan according to what you see" when calculating the pension amount.
Second, the calculation standard of retirement wages
1. Retirement pension consists of two parts: pension = basic pension and personal account pension.
Personal account pension = personal account storage amount ÷ calculation months (50 years old 195, 55 years old 170, 60 years old 139, 120 is no longer unified).
2. Basic pension = (the average monthly salary of employees in the province last year is indexed by the average monthly payment salary) ÷2× payment period × 1% = the average monthly salary of employees in the province last year (1 average payment index) ÷2× payment period × 1%.
3. Note: My indexed monthly average payment salary = the average monthly salary of employees in the whole province last year × my average payment index.
As can be seen from the above formula, under the same payment period, the level of basic pension depends on the average payment index of an individual, that is, the historical average of the ratio of his actual payment base to the average social wage. The lower limit is 0.6 and the upper limit is 3.
To sum it up. Pensions are divided into six grades, which are actually divided according to the years of social security payment. Usually you have to pay enough social security for 15 years to have a basic pension. However, if the social security payment exceeds 15 years, the longer it takes. The more pensions you receive, the pension consists of basic pension and personal account pension.
