Fu Caiwu, male, born in 1966, Ph.D., professor, postdoctoral fellow of Wuhan University. 1989 Up to now, he has been engaged in cultural and artistic education management, cultural relics management, art management, cultural management research and cultural industry research in Hubei Provincial Department of Culture and Hubei Provincial Bureau of Cultural Relics 13 years. He used to be the director of the Cultural Industry Research Institute of Huazhong Normal University, the director of the Strategy Research Institute of Hubei Changjiang Publishing Group, and the deputy director of the National Cultural Industry Research Center of Huazhong Normal University. He is currently a professor, doctoral supervisor and director of the Cultural Innovation Research Center of Wuhan University. He presided over and assisted in presiding over (writing) more than 30 major cultural research projects entrusted by the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Finance and National Cultural Heritage Administration, and submitted several policy research reports, which were adopted by the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Finance. He has published 7 books of various kinds, and published more than 70 papers on art economy, cultural management, cultural industry and cultural planning in Literature and Art Research and Xinhua Digest. His works won the second prize for social science research achievements in Hubei Province (2003) and the third prize for outstanding achievements in culture and art in the Ministry of Culture (2006). Adjunct professor of Shanxi University of Finance and Economics, Beijing University of Technology, Hubei Art Research Institute, National Social Science Fund (ART).
