2. Employment registration certificate of self-employed;
3. The applicant's household registration book and identity card (copy of the original inspection);
4. Graduation certificate or other relevant certificates (check the original and keep a copy);
5. Bank accounts of self-employed persons;
6. Legal and valid copies of business license, tax registration certificate, private non-enterprise legal person certificate or other business qualification certificates;
7. Pay social insurance list.
