From 9: 00 to 15: 00 Beijing time, all fund transactions can be completed, such as subscription, redemption, conversion, change of dividend distribution method, inquiry, registration of TA account, opening of fund trading account, regular quota transaction and entrusted withdrawal.

From 15: 00 to 16: 00 Beijing time, only subscription, account opening, TA account registration, account information change, inquiry and fund conversion can be carried out.

At other times and non-working days, you can use the online banking of Bank of China to conduct 7×24-hour fund position information, fund transaction status (inquiry of entrustment status, transaction status and regular quota) and 7× 24-hour fund pending transactions.
