Information needed for building engineering excellence in Henan Province

Provincial and municipal construction industry associations and relevant units:

In order to stimulate the enthusiasm of construction enterprises to create excellence, promote the overall improvement of the quality level of construction projects in the province, and guide the healthy development of excellence-creating activities in the construction industry, according to the Management Measures for the Selection of Silver Awards (Customer Satisfaction Projects) of Zhongzhou Cup in Henan Province, the selection of Silver Awards (Customer Satisfaction Projects) in the whole province is scheduled to start in May of 20 12. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. Reporting requirements

(a) the declaration of the "Zhongzhou Cup" silver award conforms to the principle of voluntary enterprise;

(2) The declared project shall be completed and accepted before September, 20 1 1 year, and shall be supervised by the construction project quality supervision department or relevant professional supervision station, and shall be filed by the competent construction department;

(3) The applicant must be the general contractor of the project;

(four) when recommending more than two projects, the order of the projects should be indicated;

(five) the personnel involved in the declaration form shall not be changed once declared; The number of applicants should be filled in strictly according to the number of people in the declaration form, and shall not exceed. (six) residential projects must have a household evaluation form (see Annex 2);

(seven) the relevant units of the provincial cities and the relevant departments directly under the provincial level shall, according to the evaluation criteria, conduct a preliminary examination of the projects recommended by the local area and the department to participate in the "Zhongzhou Cup" silver award evaluation, so as to ensure the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of the declared engineering data.

Second, the application conditions, the scope of the application project and the requirements for filling in the application materials are all implemented in accordance with the Measures for the Administration of the Evaluation of the "Zhongzhou Cup" Silver Award (Customer Satisfaction Project) in Henan Province.
