The marine cultural creative design competition is a national competition. Co-sponsored by the Publicity and Education Center of the Ministry of Natural Resources, China Ocean University, China Ocean Development Foundation, Hainan Tropical Ocean College and Beihai Bureau of the Ministry of Natural Resources.

The goal of the contest is to popularize marine knowledge, spread marine culture, meet people's needs for a better spiritual culture and create a better life. Since 20 12 was founded, it has been successfully held many times, becoming the only public welfare competition with the theme of marine cultural creativity in the world.
