Buying overseas funds (including funds that invest in the US market) cannot be realized through domestic financial institutions at present, because China's individual overseas investment is not open. It is suggested to open an account in a bank in Hong Kong and then purchase overseas funds by telephone or e-banking.

2. The investment currency must be foreign currency (mainly Hong Kong dollars, US dollars and euros). Now the country has liberalized the restrictions on individuals' free purchase of foreign exchange, so funds can be transferred to overseas accounts smoothly.

3. If you really can't open an account overseas, you can invest in overseas funds through some intermediaries, but there are legal risks.
