Students studying abroad must send the Certificate Form for Reporting and Withdrawing the Deposit for Overseas Students Sent by the State (hereinafter referred to as the Certificate Form for Withdrawing the Deposit) (Annex 6) to the European, Asian and African Affairs Department/American Affairs Department of the National Scholarship Fund Committee respectively according to the country they are going to. (For details, please refer to the "Measures for Withdrawing the Deposit for Overseas Students Sent by the State to Report Back to China" in the Certificate of Withdrawing the Deposit.)

Note: Overseas students can log on to the china scholarship council website 15 days after sending the Certificate of Withdrawing the Deposit and click on the column "Handling the Letter of Approval and Withdrawing the Deposit" on the right side of the home page to inquire about the handling of the deposit.
