He has served as a physician in the General Hospital of Beijing Military Region, deputy director of the Health Bureau Office of the Ministry of Health, director of the General Office of the Ministry of Health, president of China Investment Development Investment Management Co., Ltd., chairman of Zhonghe Houde Investment Management Co., Ltd. and chief executive officer of Guo Sheng Investment Fund Co., Ltd., and is currently the executive director and chairman of the board of directors of Hong Kong Jinwei Medical Group. Mr. Wen Feng has been an independent director of the Company since August 20 16, and is currently an independent director of the fifth board of directors of the Company.
