Why is there no subscription and redemption fee for the fund?
Some funds have no subscription and redemption fees because:

1. The money fund has no subscription and redemption fees, because the money fund is mainly used for central bank bills, short-term government bonds, corporate bonds, commercial bills, bank time deposit certificates and other tools. Fund managers do not need any fees to buy these targets, so there is no subscription fee and redemption fee.

2. Investors buy Class C funds, that is, there is no subscription fee. Generally, ETF-linked funds hold redemption fees for more than 7 days, and stock-linked funds hold redemption fees for more than 30 days. Although such funds do not have subscription fees and redemption fees, they will accrue sales expenses on a daily basis, which is not cost-effective in the long run.

The subscription rate is agreed in the fund contract when the fund company formulates the product, and the subscription rate cannot be changed. However, some fund sales organizations hope to raise a certain fund scale as soon as possible, so there will be a discount on the rate. The subscription fee is calculated according to the subscription rate, and the principal multiplied by the subscription rate is the subscription fee that needs to be paid.
