15th National Quality Award
On November 4th, 215, Wuxi Diesel Engine Factory of faw liberation Automobile Co., Ltd. won the 15th National Quality Award. This year's National Quality Award is the first time to introduce the judges of American Quality Award and European Quality Award, which is a step for the national quality award to connect with international standards and move towards internationalization. This year, 18 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities organized to declare the National Quality Award, covering 26 industry categories of the national economy. For the first time, the declared enterprises involved financial industry, software information industry and agriculture and animal husbandry. The National Quality Award was implemented by china association for quality in 21, aiming at encouraging and guiding Chinese enterprises to implement the excellent performance model, improving the quality of products and services and business development, and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises and even the country. In the past fifteen years, a total of 123 organizations across the country have won this lofty honor in the field of quality in China.
Special Prize of China Automobile Industry Science and Technology Progress Award
The 1 millionth car in China in 29 rolled off the assembly line of Changchun FAW in October 29 was a Jiefang J6 heavy truck equipped with an upgraded version of FAW Xichai CA6DM2 engine.
The application of a series of latest achievements of FAW's independent research and development is another achievement of FAW's insistence on independent innovation. In particular, its engine, CA6DM2 heavy-duty diesel engine, adopts the most advanced technology in the world, and is the first diesel engine for heavy-duty vehicles with four-valve overhead camshaft in China. It has eight patents, such as engine braking technology and double-layer water jacket design of cylinder head. Because the engine has the advantages of low fuel consumption, high low-speed torque, low noise and strong reliability, the Jiefang J6 heavy truck equipped with Xichai CA6DM2 engine has stronger power, better performance and more outstanding fuel-saving performance.
Recently, in the 29 "China Automobile Industry Science and Technology Progress Award" sponsored by China Automobile Industry Science and Technology Progress Award Fund Committee, the project "Independent Development of the Sixth Generation J6 Heavy-duty Commercial Vehicle and its Heavy-duty Diesel Engine in faw liberation" won the special prize.
Gold Award of National Invention Exhibition
The 18th National Invention Exhibition with the theme of "Innovation and Development, Enhancing Ability, Strengthening Cooperation and Serving Economy" was held in Kunming International Convention and Exhibition Center a few days ago. More than 1,7 inventions participated in the exhibition, and the "Research and Development and Industrialization Project of High-Power National III Diesel Engine" selected by Xichai won the gold medal in one fell swoop because of its outstanding autonomy, technology and economy.
There are two types of high-power national III diesel engines in Xichai this time: L and N, of which 6DL series covers 191 ~ 279 kW and 6DN series covers 272 ~ 338 kW. Xichai high-power national III diesel engine adopts the international advanced development process, independently completes the design of the internal clean combustion system without exhaust gas recirculation, and independently defines the function, overall design and performance matching of the * * * rail system. It took the lead in completing the performance development of national III engine in China, initiated the method and process of engine bench calibration and vehicle three high (high temperature, cold and plateau) calibration, established a calibration database suitable for China's national conditions, formed a complete electronic control diesel engine development system, and created an EOL system with Xichai characteristics, successfully realizing the industrialization of national III diesel engine.
Xichai high-power national III diesel engine has 1 domestic patents, which fills the blank of domestic four-valve electronic control national III diesel engine. Xichai high-power national III diesel engine is mainly equipped with faw liberation J5 and J6 "Aowei" heavy trucks, which is the core power in the field of diesel engines for heavy vehicles in China and a sharp weapon for faw liberation to seize the heavy truck market. Xichai high-power national III diesel engine has also been widely used in buses and long-distance buses in Shenzhen, Shanghai, Beijing and other large and medium-sized cities. This series of diesel engines have been widely recognized by users for their advantages of strong power, fuel saving, environmental protection and reliable performance, and the market prospect is very broad.
Second Prize of National Science and Technology Progress
At the National Science and Technology Awards Conference held on January 8, 27, the list of 27 National Science and Technology Progress Awards was announced. Xichai won the second prize of national scientific and technological progress with the project of "Independent development of the fifth generation Aowei heavy-duty commercial vehicles and heavy-duty diesel engines in faw liberation".
National Skill Master Studio
On March 5th, 213, Zhang Jianyu Skill Master Studio awarded by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security was officially listed in the processing workshop of Wuxi Diesel Engine Factory of faw liberation Automobile Co., Ltd. The first national skill master studio in Wuxi has settled in Xichai, which indicates that Xichai has achieved another fruitful result in implementing the talent strategy and strengthening the construction of high-skilled talents.
