Cash Pooling is also called cash pool. It was first developed by the financial companies of multinational corporations and international banks as a fund management model to uniformly allocate the group's global funds and minimize the net position held by the group. The cash pool business mainly includes matters such as transfer of member unit account balances, daytime overdrafts of member companies, active allocations and collections, entrusted loans between member companies, and separate interest calculation for deposits and loans from member companies to the group headquarters.
