Legal analysis: 1. Original and photocopy of house purchase contract or house purchase agreement, 2. Original and photocopy of purchase invoice, 3. Original and photocopy of employee's ID card for withdrawing provident fund, 4. Withdraw employee's bank savings account and employee's spouse's provident fund. In addition to the above information, the original and photocopy of the husband-wife relationship certificate and the photocopy of the main buyer's provident fund withdrawal record form are also required.

Legal basis: "Regulations on the Administration of Housing Provident Fund in People's Republic of China (PRC)" and Order No.262 of the State Council of the People's Republic of China clearly stipulate: Chapter IV Withdrawal and Use Article 24 In any of the following circumstances, employees may withdraw the storage balance in the housing provident fund account: (1) purchasing, building, renovating or overhauling their own houses; (2) retirement; (three) completely lose the ability to work, and terminate the labor relationship with the unit; (four) the city or county where the household registration has moved out or settled abroad; (5) Repaying the principal and interest of the house purchase loan; (six) the rent exceeds the prescribed proportion of family wage income. In accordance with the provisions of items (2), (3) and (4) of the preceding paragraph, the employee housing provident fund account shall be cancelled at the same time.
