The handling of death certificates is as follows:

1, in case of death in a medical and health unit, a certificate shall be issued by the Medical Certificate of Death;

2. If the death is abnormal or the health department cannot determine whether it is normal, the local judicial department shall issue a death certificate. Normal citizens can go to neighborhood committees, health centers and hospitals to issue certificates when they die;

3, citizens have been cremated, can be issued by the funeral department cremation certificate.
