Yuexiu Group was established in Hong Kong on 1985. It is one of the largest state-owned enterprise groups in Guangzhou, with modern service industries such as real estate, transportation infrastructure and finance, and traditional manufacturing industries such as papermaking and building materials.

At present, Yuexiu Group has four listed companies in Hong Kong, namely Yuexiu Property (HK00 123), Yuexiu Transport (HK0 1052), Yuexiu Property Trust Fund (HK00405) and Chong Hing Bank (HK1/KLOC-0).
