4. Youth Fund

Have a doctoral degree or intermediate or above professional and technical titles (intermediate titles must be more than two years), be no more than 35 years old (1 979 65438+1born after), have published more than two papers related to the declared topic in core journals at home and abroad in the past three years, and have novel academic ideas and strong innovation, and can independently carry out research work.
