1, National Management Coordination Committee of Postdoctoral Research Mobile Station

The National Postdoctoral Research Mobile Station Management Coordination Committee (hereinafter referred to as the National Postdoctoral Management Committee) was established by the relevant departments of the State Council in July 1985 according to the relevant documents of the State Council.

Its duties are: according to the development of science and technology, education and economy, to formulate the development principles and policies of postdoctoral work in China and the development plans and plans of postdoctoral work in China; And supervise and inspect the implementation; Review and determine the new postdoctoral mobile station units; As the competent authority of China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, it guides the various business work of the Foundation.

2. Subject Expert Group of Postdoctoral Management Committee

The National Postdoctoral Management Committee consists of several subject expert groups (also the subject expert group of China Postdoctoral Science Fund). Each expert group is composed of experts with high academic level, prestige and familiarity with domestic universities and scientific research institutions. The main task of the expert group is under the leadership of the National Postdoctoral Management Committee to evaluate the units applying for the establishment of the station and the applicants for the postdoctoral science fund.

3. Office of the National Postdoctoral Management Committee

The Office of the National Postdoctoral Management Committee is the office of the National Postdoctoral Management Committee, which is located in the Professional and Technical Personnel Management Department of the Ministry of Personnel and is mainly responsible for the daily affairs of postdoctoral staff. Its main duties and tasks are:

(1) Under the leadership of the Ministry of Personnel and the National Postdoctoral Management Committee, formulate relevant guidelines, policies, systems and regulations;

(two) the development plan and annual plan for the establishment of postdoctoral mobile stations and the recruitment of postdoctoral researchers;

(3) Organize experts to review the units applying for building the station;

(4) To guide and coordinate the postdoctoral work of domestic stations;

(five) unified management and use of postdoctoral special funds, preparation of postdoctoral daily expenses budget and final accounts, application for funds, for funding;

(six) for postdoctoral researchers in and out of the station, drop (move) households, distribution of related procedures;

(7) To guide the work of China Postdoctoral Science Fund Office;

(8) to guide the relevant departments and local personnel departments to strengthen the management and coordination of postdoctoral mobile stations in their own departments and regions, and to sum up and exchange work experience.
