He Zhengjun, born on June 16, 1962 in a military family in Chengdu, Sichuan, is a film and television actor in Mainland China.

In 1979, 17-year-old He Zhengjun worked as a drawing designer in Chengdu Light Industry Bureau.

In 1982, he was admitted to the Acting Department of the Central Academy of Drama. After graduation in 1986, he was assigned to work at the Shanghai People's Art Theater. In 1986, he participated in his first film "Liao Zhai: Ruiyun"; in 1998, he was nominated for the first place for the role of Tian Han in the movie "National Anthem".
