The civil affairs department of the county (city, district) shall complete the examination and approval within 7 working days after receiving the application materials, and publicize the basic information such as the name of the subsidy object, subsidy type and subsidy amount in the applicant's domicile or long-term residence for 7 working days.

To meet the conditions, sign an opinion on the "Approval Form" and hand over one of the qualified materials to the county (city, district) Disabled Persons' Federation for archiving; Do not meet the conditions, notify the applicant in writing, Township People's Government (street offices), county (city, district) Federation of the disabled, and inform the reasons.

The materials that have passed the examination shall be summarized by the civil affairs department of the county (city, district), and the county (city, district) Disabled Persons' Federation shall submit them to the finance department at the same level to allocate funds.
