People's Republic of China (PRC) and the township government shall, after receiving the written application, immediately conduct a household registration survey together with the village committee, check the income, conduct democratic evaluation and make an announcement. The announcement period of the amount shall not be less than five days. Then immediately establish the amount of assistance, and finally fill in the application form for temporary assistance printed by the district (county) civil affairs department, and then sign the audit opinion form by the competent leader, and report the application to the district (county) civil affairs department for approval.

Step 2 agree

The district and county civil affairs departments shall review the materials submitted by the Chinese people and the township government, make an examination and approval decision immediately after investigation, and then pass the examination and approval results announced by the village neighborhood Committee. If it does not meet the requirements, it shall notify the applicant in writing and explain the reasons.

Step 3 provide funds

Temporary relief funds are allocated by the civil affairs departments of counties (autonomous counties) and township governments (street offices) entrusted by People's Republic of China (PRC). Temporary assistance is generally based on cash assistance, and if necessary, material support equivalent to cash is provided.
