Subject III of the Fund Qualification Examination: Subject I Fund Laws and Regulations, Professional Ethics and Business Norms, Subject II Basic Knowledge of Securities Investment Funds and Subject III Basic Knowledge of Private Investment Funds. Candidates can choose the professional registration examination according to the actual professional needs when registering.

Examination time

The examination time of the Fund Qualification Examination is 120 minutes (the first 10 minutes is the time for taking photos on the spot).

Computer test

The fund qualification examination is conducted by means of closed book and computer examination.

Objective project

The qualification examinations for fund practice are all objective questions. The Fund Qualification Examination consists of two multiple-choice questions, the number of questions in each subject is 100, and the total score is 100.

Registration qualification

After passing the examination of subject 1, subject 2 or subject 1 and subject 3, you can apply to the fund industry association for the qualification of registered fund within four years through your institution.

Subsequent training

Those who have not applied for the qualification of registered funds for more than four years need to take the qualification examination again or make up for the follow-up training hours in the last two years before registration. Personnel who have obtained the qualification for fund practice shall complete the follow-up training of 15 class hours every year in accordance with the relevant rules, and participate in the annual qualification inspection organized by their institutions according to the threshold.
