(1) Information of the borrower and the borrower (spouse)
1. Original ID card of the borrower;

7. Original joint card of provident fund;
8. If the purchaser is a direct member of the family with the same household registration, it is required to provide the original ID card (copy), the original household registration book and the credit report of the purchaser;
9. Personal credit report of both husband and wife;
1. If the spouse retires, the original retirement certificate shall be provided.
(II) Purchase information
1. The original of the Commercial Housing Purchase and Sales Contract signed online for the record;
2. Original down payment invoice (≥ 2%);
3. Collection account information of the selling unit.
(III) Guarantee materials
If you choose a natural person to guarantee, you need to provide:
1. Original ID card of the guarantor;
2. Loan Guarantor Information Form with the official seal of the guarantor unit;
3. The female guarantor is above the deputy division level (confirmed by the company's seal) or above the deputy senior title (provided with the Professional and Technical Qualification Certificate issued by the Department of Human Resources and Social Security), and the retirement age can be calculated as 6 years old.

Extended information: Conditions for handling provident fund loans:
1. The borrower has continuously and fully paid the housing provident fund in the Housing Fund Management Center of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region for more than 6 months;
2. Have stable professional and economic income, good credit, no other debts and guarantee obligations that affect the repayment ability of the loan, and have the ability to repay the principal and interest of the loan;
3. The loan applicant, spouse or immediate family members with the same household registration purchase ordinary self-occupied housing in the autonomous region;
4. The loan applicant and the borrower (spouse) have no bad loan credit record, no outstanding housing provident fund loan, and no housing provident fund loan guarantee for other borrowers;
5. If the loan applicant purchases owner-occupied housing, he/she has the Commercial Housing Sales Contract signed by the housing management department online for the record;
6. If the borrower purchases a self-occupied house, he shall pay a down payment of not less than 2% of the total price of the house purchased. The term of validity of the loan application is from the date of signing the Commercial Housing Sales Contract or the date of down payment for the record of the housing management department, to the date of applying for the housing provident fund loan, and the high-rise residence is not more than four years and the multi-storey residence is not more than three years;
7. The borrower has used the housing provident fund loan twice and may not apply;
8. You may not apply for the paid house price;
