1. Open WeChat on your mobile phone and click the + sign in the upper right corner.

2. Click the Add Friend option.

3. Click the public account option below.

4. Search for Bank of Communications and click on Bank of Communications Micro Banking.

5. Click on the follow option.

6. Click Hui Finance in the dialog box, and then click Query Balance.

7. Click Identity Authentication.

8. Enter the card number of the debit card that needs to be queried.
