1. The contestants form their own entrepreneurial planning teams with complementary disciplines, scientific professional equipment and reasonable personnel structure. On the basis of extensive market investigation and analysis of enterprises, they complete a complete, concrete and feasible entrepreneurial (business) plan, push products or services to the market, and create conditions to attract funds and push the plan to the market.
2. The products or services proposed should be inventions or authorized inventions that the participants participate in, or conceptual products or services that may realize development and research.
3. Players should submit a complete business plan, including appendices. Winners will be recommended to participate in the "Challenge Cup" China College Students' Business Plan Competition.
4. There are at least 2 articles in each college, and there is no limit to more.

1. This competition is a business plan competition. 2. Entrepreneurial team members are generally 4-6 people with reasonable knowledge structure, including students in product technology research and development or creative research, enterprise management, marketing, financial management and other professional fields.
3. With the assistance of the college and the Youth League Committee of the student association, the team determines the instructor, usually 1-3 people. The identified instructors should have sufficient guidance time and professional knowledge in related fields.
4. Participate in the 12th "Challenge Cup" Extracurricular Academic and Scientific Works Competition this year. Excellent works and winning works can also be declared after being revised into business plans.
5. The declared works passed the evaluation of the expert group of college students' scientific and technological innovation activities, and the funds were allocated from the college students' scientific and technological innovation fund. Funding is divided into two stages. The amount of funding in the early stage is 500-2000 yuan, and the amount of funding will be added later depending on the entry results of the works.
6. The work declaration form can be downloaded from the campus network and the website of the Youth League Committee, and filled in by the team leader as required.
7. Submit the work declaration in quintuplicate and the business plan in quintuplicate (the business plan is about 2,000 words).
