1. The housing maintenance fund is specially used for the maintenance, renewal and transformation of the same parts of the house, equipment and public facilities used in the house within the property management area after the expiration of the property warranty period, and shall not be used for other purposes.

2. Article 18 of the Measures for the Administration of Special Maintenance Funds for Residential Buildings stipulates that special maintenance funds for residential buildings shall be used exclusively for the maintenance, renewal and transformation of * * * parts and facilities and equipment after the expiration of the warranty period, and shall not be used for other purposes.
