X. The Legal Affairs Department of the Fund Committee shall, according to the relevant provisions of national laws and agreements, pursue the responsibility for the performance of the defaulting personnel as follows: 1. If the defaulting personnel bear the corresponding liability for breach of contract according to the provisions of the agreement, they shall not be investigated for legal responsibility. 2. If the defaulting personnel fail to bear the corresponding liabilities for breach of contract and make economic compensation according to the provisions of the agreement, their domestic guarantor (Party C of this agreement) will be required to bear the economic responsibilities. 3. If the defaulting personnel and their guarantors do not bear the agreed economic responsibilities, they will be settled through legal procedures in China. 4. In case of breach of contract, especially if the financial compensation is not made according to the requirements of the Fund Committee, in addition to legal procedures, other auxiliary means will be taken when necessary, such as informing foreign students of the fact of breach of contract in the name of the Fund Committee with the assistance of embassies and consulates; In China, the list of defaulting personnel will be published in newspapers and notified to my former domestic unit.
