Legal basis: Article 7 of the Regulations on Work-related Injury Insurance consists of the work-related injury insurance premium paid by the employer, the interest of the work-related injury insurance fund and other funds incorporated into the work-related injury insurance fund according to law.
Industrial injury insurance fund model
1. Disability allowance, disability allowance, survivor's pension, funeral allowance, and one-time work-related death allowance are paid directly by the social insurance agency to the injured workers or their immediate family members or entrusted to banks, post offices and communities for socialized management.
2. Pay medical expenses for work-related injuries, rehabilitation fees and auxiliary equipment configuration fees. The social insurance agency shall standardize the settlement procedures, define the settlement period, simplify the settlement procedures and improve the service level.
The work-related injury insurance fund shall be disbursed in accordance with the items and specific standards stipulated by the state and this Municipality, and no region, department, unit or individual may increase expenditure items or raise expenditure standards under any pretext.
