Xiao, female, from Changchun, Jilin, is a doctor of law, a professor at the School of Administration of Jilin University, a doctoral supervisor, the head of the Department of International Politics, the winner of the "Outstanding Talents Support Program in the New Century" of the Ministry of Education, the first batch of "leading professors in disciplines" in colleges and universities in Jilin Province, the third batch of top-notch innovative talents in Jilin Province, and the first batch of "Young Academic Leaders Support Program in Philosophy and Social Sciences" of Jilin University. His main research interests are the theory of international relations and China's diplomacy, and his related research fields are Northeast Asian regional politics, global governance and contemporary China politics. He has been teaching courses such as Contemporary China's Foreign Policy for undergraduates for a long time, and teaching courses such as Contemporary China's Foreign Policy Research and International Relations Research Design for doctoral students. More than 30 papers have been published in China: an international journal (SSCI Daily), China social sciences, world economy and politics, and some of them have been reprinted by Xinhua Digest, China Social Sciences Digest, Academic Digest of Liberal Arts in Colleges and Universities, International Politics, China Diplomacy and Political Science.
