Zeng Jinsong holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, a master's degree in economics from Renmin University of China, and a Ph.D. in international finance from graduate department, People's Bank of China. Mr. Zeng has worked as a buyer of investment, a seller of investment and research, and a government, and has over 18 years working experience in investment finance. Before joining Huakong Industrial Investment Fund, Mr. Zeng Jinsong was a global capital partner of Silicon Valley Bank and a member of the investment decision-making committee. Managing Director of Xinhongyuan Chuangchuang Fund Management Company; Deputy General Manager of Investment Banking Department of China International Capital Corporation; Deputy General Manager of Investment Banking Department of CITIC Securities; Research director of Bosera Fund Management Company and member of investment decision-making committee; General Office of China People's Bank. Mr. Zeng Jinsong joined Huakong Industrial Investment Fund in February 2009, and is currently the managing director of the fund, mainly responsible for investment project development and investment implementation.
