Foundation organizational structure

The organizational structure of the foundation consists of two parts: the board of directors of the management decision-making body and the secretariat of the executive group. The Council undertakes the decision-making function, and deliberates and adopts the strategic planning, annual plan, budget and other major issues of the Foundation through regular Council meetings convened and presided over by the chairman. The Board of Directors has a Project Audit Committee composed of directors and external experts, which reports to the Board of Directors and is responsible for the approval and quality control of foundation projects. The secretary of the board of directors is also a staff member of the secretariat, and is responsible for recording, taking minutes, drafting, recording and keeping the documents of the board of directors and the board of supervisors when the board of directors is not in session. The secretariat is the executive body of the Foundation, and the person in charge is the Secretary-General, who is elected by the Council and is responsible for the daily work of the secretariat. The Secretariat consists of administrative, project, financial, human resources and public relations departments.
