Financial system of the new rural cooperative medical system Time: February 24, 200812: 47: 52 Source: Ministry of Health Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 This system is formulated in accordance with relevant state regulations in order to standardize the financial management of the new rural cooperative medical system (hereinafter referred to as the "new rural cooperative medical system"). Article 2 This system is applicable to the new rural cooperative medical fund established in all co-ordination areas in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state. Article 3 The new rural cooperative medical fund referred to in this system (hereinafter referred to as the fund) refers to the special funds raised to compensate the medical expenses of participating farmers through individual contributions, collective support and government subsidies.
