Article 1 In order to meet the needs of the development of the socialist market economy, establish a macro-control mechanism for government prices and maintain the basic stability of market prices, these Provisions are formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State Council and the actual situation of our province. Article 2 The price adjustment fund (hereinafter referred to as the fund) refers to a special fund approved by the people's government at or above the county level (including the county level, the same below) to stabilize the market price when the market price changes abnormally.

Funds are divided into non-staple food price adjustment funds and various special price adjustment funds. Article 6 The provincial non-staple food price adjustment fund shall be put forward by the provincial price management department according to the market price changes, jointly with the provincial finance department, the provincial economic and trade commission and other departments, and shall be implemented according to the division of labor after being approved by the provincial leading group. Article 7 Units that directly use the non-staple food price adjustment fund shall regularly report the use to the provincial price management department, which shall regularly report the collection and use of the fund to the provincial price control leading group, and accept the supervision of the financial and auditing departments. Eighth non-staple food price adjustment fund is mainly used for:

(a) to support the construction of non-staple food production base;

(four) temporary subsidies needed to cope with sudden market factors and protect the production and resources of major non-staple foods;

The special price adjustment fund is mainly used to stabilize the market price of this commodity and ensure normal production and operation. Tenth sources of special price adjustment funds:
