Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 In order to encourage teachers in rural compulsory education schools in old, young, marginal and poor areas to seriously devote themselves to education and promote the balanced development of compulsory education, Sichuan Education Foundation decided to use the value-added funds of "Guangzhou Scholarship Fund" to set up "Teachers in Rural Compulsory Education Schools in Sichuan Province"

chapter ii reward objects, standards and conditions

article 3 reward objects are teachers of compulsory education schools in rural areas of the province (excluding county towns). Focus on rewarding outstanding teachers who have made outstanding contributions to education and teaching in rural compulsory education schools (teaching points) in "old, less, marginal and poor" areas such as key counties for poverty alleviation and development, ethnic minority areas, concentrated contiguous destitute areas and old revolutionary base areas. Excellent teachers with family financial difficulties in remote mountainous schools (teaching points) will be given priority.

Article 4 The award standard is 2 yuan for each award-winning teacher, and the honorary certificate of "Contribution Award for Teachers in Rural Compulsory Education Schools in Sichuan Province" will be issued at the same time.

Article 5 The basic conditions for applying for teachers' awards are:

1. Fully implement the Party's educational policy, be loyal to the Party's educational cause, have a strong sense of professionalism, responsibility and professionalism, and perform the duties of teachers in an exemplary manner, which has been well evaluated by the school and society;

2. Rigorous scholarship, noble morality, caring for and caring for students, paying attention to their development, earnestly teaching and educating people, doing a good job in student management, and earnestly practicing the Teachers' Professional Ethics Code, with outstanding deeds;

3. On-the-job teachers who have worked in the front line of education and teaching in rural compulsory education schools for more than six years;

4. In the past six years, the education and teaching tasks have been completed well and passed the examination;

5. In recent six years, he has been commended, praised or rewarded by county-level departments or above.

Article 6 A teacher may not apply under any of the following circumstances:

1. He/she is subject to disciplinary action;

3. Violating the school management system, organizing or participating in strike, disguised strike, sabotage, etc.

chapter iii application and examination and approval procedures

article 8 the school is responsible for the preliminary examination and recommendation of its teachers. Article 9 The county (city, district) Education Bureau (Education Foundation) shall, according to the assigned quota, organize the evaluation of the materials recommended by the school to be reported to teachers, and fill in the Summary Table of Teachers' Contribution Award of Rural Compulsory Education Schools in Sichuan Province (see Annex 3), together with the Evaluation Form, and report it to the city (state) Education Bureau (Education Foundation) before the end of July.

Chapter IV Others

Article 13 All local schools should do a good job in application, evaluation and recommendation in strict accordance with the relevant provisions of these Measures to ensure openness, fairness and impartiality. Because the work is not rigorous, the procedures are not standardized, and there are acts of fraud and favoritism, the qualifications of schools and candidates will be cancelled. If the circumstances are serious, it shall be dealt with severely by the administrative department of education according to the law.

Fifteenth county (city, district) education bureaus shall establish teacher files (including electronic files) of teachers' contribution awards in rural compulsory education schools in Sichuan Province. The receipt forms of award funds signed by the teachers who are rewarded shall be registered and kept for inspection by Sichuan Education Foundation and relevant departments.

Article 16 Teachers who have won the award of this project may not apply for the award again within 5 years in principle.
