If I am punished, can I apply for a grant?

You can still get a scholarship after being punished. According to China's relevant laws and regulations, the state has set up work-study funds and loan funds for college students, and encouraged universities, enterprises and institutions, social organizations and other social organizations and individuals to set up various forms of grants to help students with financial difficulties. Students who receive loans and grants shall fulfill their corresponding obligations.

The basic application conditions for national grants:

(a) love the socialist motherland and support the leadership of the China * * * production party;

State grants are applied for and reviewed by academic year.

Colleges and universities should effectively strengthen management, conscientiously do a good job in the evaluation and distribution of state grants, and ensure that state grants are used to subsidize students with financial difficulties.
