As important functional institutions of Shanghai Institute of Advanced Studies of Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Institute-Land Cooperation Office, Shanghai National Technology Transfer Center of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Shanghai Zhongke Guojia Technology Transfer Co., Ltd. are responsible for the cooperation between Shanghai Institute of Advanced Studies of Chinese Academy of Sciences and local governments, promoting the integration of scientific and technological incubation and social resources, accelerating the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and carrying out incubation, transfer and transformation, intellectual property management, operational asset management, financing, investment and business planning, and foreign cooperation management.

Construction content:

(1) Technology Transfer Incubation Platform Construction

The establishment of an incubator has a corresponding incubation function plan in the industrialization base of the Institute of Advanced Studies, which serves for the transfer and transformation of technology.

(2) Construction of industrialization base

The base will rely on the advantages of advanced research institutes in technology and human resources, take advantage of local location, capital and market, and promote the formation and technical integration of regional industrial clusters through the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements.

(3) Set up investment funds to promote the seamless connection between projects and capital.

According to the early, middle and late stages of project investment, Advanced Research Institute has set up several investment funds.

(4) Strengthen team building and improve professional level.

Adopt the talent construction strategy of "introducing and cultivating talents and hiring experts and consultants at the same time" and gradually establish a professional technology transfer team of about 200 people.

(5) Strengthen intellectual property management and enhance the value of intangible assets.

Strengthen the management of intellectual property rights, and construct the intellectual property management system of higher learning institutions. Promote and operate the intellectual property rights of advanced research institutes, and at the same time manage, coordinate and protect the intellectual property rights of research institutes.
