Yes Dawu Siyuan Experimental School is a public school. The county government and Hong Kong Yanai Foundation jointly invested 80 million yuan for school construction (including 6,543,800 yuan donated by Hong Kong Yanai Foundation and 70 million yuan raised by the county government). Ownership belongs to the county government. After the completion, the county government will be responsible for the daily management, and the Yanai consortium will supervise and manage the construction and operation of the school. The enrollment target of the school is only poor students, so as not to become an aristocratic school.
