He used to be the deputy director of graduate department, the director of the Graduate Admissions Office and the director of the Science and Technology Department, and now he is the director of the Analysis and Testing Center of Nanjing Normal University. Mainly engaged in the teaching of animal biology, biodiversity conservation and animal molecular systematics, and published more than 20 papers. Main research: (1) Study on molecular systematics and genetic diversity protection of Ardeidae birds. In this study, the molecular phylogeny of Ardeidae birds in the Old World was discussed by using mitochondrial DNA variation. At present, microsatellite markers are being used to analyze the genetic diversity of Ardeidae birds in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, and to explore the impact of wetland environmental changes on the genetic diversity of birds. (2) Molecular geographical systematics of China wild boar. In this study, the phylogeny and subspecies differentiation of wild boar in China were studied by analyzing the variation of mitochondrial DNA and nuclear DNA microsatellite, and the influence of Quaternary Ice Age on the geographical distribution pattern of terrestrial mammals was discussed. (3) Research on bird strike prevention in airport. This study mainly studies the countermeasures of preventing bird strikes at airports from the ecological perspective, and guides the work of preventing bird strikes at air forces and civil aviation airports.
