When the Trademark Office conducts a substantive examination of a trademark, it believes that part of the applied trademark, goods or services can be approved for registration after modification, and will issue the applicant a "Trademark Registration Application Examination Opinion" , requiring the applicant to make partial amendments to the relevant content, which is entirely to protect some of the civil rights of the trademark registration applicant. The correction period is for the applicant to respond within 15 days after receiving the Trademark Office’s examination opinion. If a reply is made on time and corrections are made, the Trademark Office will review it in accordance with the law; if a reply is made beyond the time limit, correction is refused, or the trademark law is still violated after correction, legal procedures will be followed. The deadline for the applicant to respond to the examination opinion cannot be extended. Trademark Examination and Trademark Office
