Trademarks may be cancelled.

The Trademark Law stipulates that registered trademarks need to be used on goods or services within the approved scope of use. Any use outside the approved scope of use is illegal. Once someone raises an objection to your trademark and it is verified by the Trademark Office, your Class 11 trademark will be canceled and you will lose the ownership of the trademark.
