Sheet anti-counterfeiting labels, roll anti-counterfeiting labels, self-adhesive anti-counterfeiting labels, coded anti-counterfeiting labels, digital anti-counterfeiting labels Labels, laser anti-counterfeiting labels, and QR code anti-counterfeiting labels refer to labels that can be affixed and transferred to the surface of the label subject matter or the packaging of the label subject matter, and the attachments of the 315 anti-counterfeiting label, and have anti-counterfeiting effects. The anti-counterfeiting features and identification methods of anti-counterfeiting labels are the soul of anti-counterfeiting labels, and are preventive measures taken against those who carry out imitation or copying activities for the purpose of deception without the permission of the owner.
Material
According to different types of anti-counterfeiting labels, different label materials can be used. Paper stickers, PVC, PET, etc. are widely used. Laser labels use oxidation. Aluminum laser film, textured anti-counterfeiting uses fiber paper, fragile labels use fragile paper, some special labels use skylight anti-counterfeiting paper (similar to RMB paper), etc.
Requirements
Anti-counterfeiting labels are one of the anti-counterfeiting technology products. What requirements should be placed on them when they leave the factory? For the first time in the world, my country has clearly proposed eight general technical requirements for anti-counterfeiting technology products.
1. Uniqueness of identity: the non-transferability of anti-counterfeiting identification features of anti-counterfeiting technology products. For example, in digital anti-counterfeiting, a product's anti-counterfeiting label has an identity code. Each anti-counterfeiting label can only be used once and cannot be transferred.
2. Stability period: The shortest time that the anti-counterfeiting identification features of anti-counterfeiting technology products can be maintained under normal conditions of use. For example, fluorescent inks and temperature-changing inks have a decay period.
3. Safety period: Under normal use conditions, the shortest time for the anti-counterfeiting identification features of anti-counterfeiting technology products to be successfully copied. This is what customers are most concerned about, and the manufacturer should propose a commitment period.
4. Anti-counterfeiting strength: the durability and reliability of the function of identifying authenticity and preventing counterfeiting. Anti-counterfeiting strength consists of four factors: the number of anti-counterfeiting identification features, the number of anti-counterfeiting technology exclusivity, the difficulty of imitation and the cost of imitation.
5. Usage adaptability: The ability of the anti-counterfeiting identification features of anti-counterfeiting technology products to adapt to the use requirements of the subject matter or service object.
6. Identification performance: The anti-counterfeiting identification features of anti-counterfeiting technology products can be correctly identified by sense organs or machines (instruments) within the required identification time. The first-line identification emphasizes the general public's intellectual ability of anti-counterfeiting identification characteristics, which can be identified through the senses; the second-line identification emphasizes the identification through simple instruments (such as magnifying glass, laser pointer, ultraviolet fluorescence discriminator, etc.); the third-line identification emphasizes the identification through special instruments (such as DNA identification) is identified by experts and serves as the basis for judicial determination. Second-line identification and third-line identification emphasize the implicit nature of anti-counterfeiting identification features.
7. Usage environment requirements: The anti-counterfeiting performance of anti-counterfeiting technology products should meet the normal usage environment requirements of the subject matter.
8. Technical security and confidentiality: The technology used to design and produce anti-counterfeiting technology products should be safe and confidential. In addition, economic cost adaptability should also be considered, that is, the use cost should be reduced as much as possible while meeting the anti-counterfeiting technical requirements.
How to distinguish
Items marked with anti-counterfeiting labels are not necessarily genuine. Anti-counterfeiting labels are a reference made by product manufacturers or trademark holders to distinguish their own products from counterfeit products, and have nothing to do with the quality of the product itself. Anti-counterfeiting labels can prove that the product is produced or operated and sold by this company, and the quality of the product itself depends on the company's production management and quality management.
So consumers should not deliberately require anti-counterfeiting labels when purchasing goods. Of course, products with anti-counterfeiting labels can better reflect the company's attitude of being responsible for its products and consumers.
