In June 2007, with the approval of China Academy of Agricultural Sciences, China Agricultural Intellectual Property Center was formally established. The center is an academic institution composed of relevant research institutions and professionals at home and abroad, mainly engaged in the research on agricultural intellectual property rights. It aims to promote the development of disciplines, provide decision-making support, enhance international cooperation, strengthen personnel training and promote information enjoyment through investigation, exchange and cooperation, education and training.
