All skins are sorted here to ensure that the quality of all skins in each bundle is consistent. This step is crucial, because even the smallest color difference will show obvious flaws after the garment is made.
There is a unified standard for fur sorting. First, the skins are sorted according to breed and male and female. Second is the size. Next, sort by color depth. Most of the sorting work is completed automatically by advanced computer systems. After sorting by color, senior leather inspection experts will do a quality rating. Each step of sorting requires extreme precision, and the previous process is re-inspected at the same time. Finally, the skins are divided into bundles/handles and numbered.
