1. A copy of the enterprise's business license (a valid annual inspection must be completed, and the business scope of the business license must include the goods sold)

2. Enterprise tax registration certificate Copy (both national and local taxes are acceptable);

3. Trademark registration certificate issued by the State Trademark Administration issued by the brand owner,

4. Authorization letter issued by the brand owner. (The authorization letter must have no geographical restrictions; if the brand owner is an individual, a copy of the brand owner's signature and the authorization letter must be provided at the same time);

5. Authorization letter issued by the merchant to Alipay. (Download the application page).

If you operate food, you need to provide the following additional information:

1. Quality guarantee certificate issued by the merchant (download from the application page);

2. The merchant itself holds A copy of "Food Circulation".

If you are dealing in health food, you need to provide the following additional information

1. A copy of the "Food Production" held by the health food manufacturer;

2. Health care A copy of the "Food Hygiene" held by the food manufacturer;

3. A copy of the "Health Food Approval Certificate" (i.e. approval number) held by the health food manufacturer;

4. Copies of reports or certificates of commodity inspection and quarantine qualifications in the past year;

5. Quality guarantee certificate issued by the merchant (download from the application page);

6. The merchant’s own possession A copy of "Food Circulation".

If you are selling alcohol, you need to provide the following additional information:

1. A copy of the "Food Production" held by the merchant itself;

2. The merchant itself A copy of the "Liquor Circulation" held;

3. Quality guarantee letter issued by the merchant.

If you operate cosmetics, you need to provide the following additional information:

1. A copy of the "Cosmetics Hygiene" held by the cosmetics manufacturer;

2. Cosmetics production A copy of the "Cosmetics Production" (i.e., "National Industrial Product Production") held by the manufacturer;

3. A copy of the cosmetics manufacturer's business license;

4. If Special-purpose cosmetics must submit approval documents for the special-purpose cosmetics;

5. Copies of inspection and quarantine compliance reports or certificates of all commodities in the past year.
