3. Non-products generally refer to products with no production date, no quality certificate, no manufacturer and unknown source. Another way of saying it is: Three No-products are products without manufacturer's name, production site and production hygiene license code.

People's Republic of China (PRC) Product Quality Law stipulates that there must be Chinese factory name, Chinese address, telephone number, license number, product identification, production date, Chinese product description, and limited qualitative or suggestive description when necessary.
