Selecting specific 10 commodities does not mean selecting a title: the "Classification Table" is divided into commodities (Category 1 to Category 34, 34 categories) and services (Category 30) Category 5 to Category 45 pioneer shirts, ***11 categories) two parts. The classification table contains the title of each category, the number of each similar group, and the name of the similar group for easy retrieval. When applying for trademark registration, applicants should fill in specific goods and services, but not category titles and similar group names.
For example, in the fifth category, similar group names refer to: 0501 pharmaceuticals, disinfectants, traditional Chinese medicines, medicinal wine; or 0502 medical nutrition products, human dietary supplements, and baby food.
We should not select similar group names, but should fill in specific products, such as: vitamin preparations 050090, cod liver oil 050150, tonics 050262, etc.
