According to the State Council's "Regulations on the Expropriation and Compensation of Houses on State-owned Land" (State Council Order No. 590) and the "Implementation Measures for the Expropriation and Compensation of Houses on State-owned Land in Jiangyin City" (Chengzhengguifa [2017] 〕No. 5) and other relevant regulations, after study, it was decided to expropriate the houses on state-owned land in the old city reconstruction project in the area along the river (south of Chunxiao Road, north of Chaguo Road, east of Chuangxin Road). If a house is expropriated in accordance with the law, the state-owned land use rights will be recovered at the same time. The relevant expropriation decisions are as follows:

1. Expropriation project name: Old city reconstruction in the area along the river (south of Chunxiao Road, north of Chaguo Road, east of Chuangxin Road).

Evaluation compensation for the value of the expropriated house (excluding compensation for decoration and accessories)

During the implementation of the expropriation, the real estate price evaluation agency Taking the date of announcement of the house expropriation decision as the valuation time point, the compensation value of the expropriated houses will be determined based on the conditions of the expropriated houses and in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Jiangyin City House Expropriation Assessment Methods on State-owned Land" (Chengjian [2012] No. 12) .

1. The benchmark unit price for expropriation and assessment market transactions of residential houses on state-owned land determined by this project is 14,000 yuan/square meter.

2. If the expropriated residential house chooses monetary compensation, a one-time 20% subsidy will be added to the expropriated person based on the assessed price of the expropriated house (excluding compensation for decoration and accessories). After receiving the monetary compensation, the residents can settle their housing on their own.

Compensation for decoration and attachments is implemented in accordance with the provisions of the "Notice on Adjusting and Promulgating the Compensation Standards for Decoration and Other Attachments for Housing Expropriation (Demolition) in Jiangyin City" (Chengzhujian [2018] No. 28).
