Dukang wine belongs to Shaanxi.

According to Baishui County Records and related stone tablets, Du Kang, whose name is Zhongning, was born in Kangjiawei in Han Dynasty. Dujiahe Village, located in Dayang Township, Baishui County, Weinan City, Shaanxi Province, was the place where Du Kang lived together.

The place where Du Kang once lived is called Du Kang Gully. In this Gully, more than 9% of the residents are surnamed Du. On the north bank of the Gully, Du Kang Temple was originally built, and Du Kang's tomb is on the left. There is a spring named Du Kangquan on the bank of the temple. According to legend, Du Kang uses it to make wine. The spring water is clear and inexhaustible in winter.

Kangjiawei, seven or eight kilometers west of the county seat. There is a big ditch near the village, about 1 kilometers long, more than 1 meters at the widest point and nearly 1 meters at the deepest point. People call it "Du Kang ditch". There is a spring at the origin of the ditch, surrounded by green trees and lush vegetation, named "Du Kangquan".

According to the county annals, "It is said that Du Kang used this water to make wine", and "the villagers said that this water still smells of wine". It is not true that there is a smell of wine, but it is true that the water quality of this spring is cool and sweet. Clean water gurgles from the spring, flows along the bottom of the ditch, and finally flows into Baishui River, which is called "Dukang River".
